Professional Development for Banking Employees
CityU Partnership with Minbanc

Through a unique program, City University of Seattle is providing a 15% tuition discount to employees of minority deposit institutions (MDIs). MDIs also qualify for up to $5,000 in reimbursements for professional development and training each year. To learn more visit www.minbanc.org.
CityU also offers a credit alignment program for banking professionals to earn university credit for selected ABA training courses. By using ABA training, eligible bank employees can save up to 25% of credits for Master’s degree or up to 50% of credits for a Bachelor’s degree. Start your ABA training with a MinBanc grant, which will put you on the path to earning your degree faster, while saving money on tuition.
Banking Professionals Tuition Scholarship: The Banking Professional Tuition Scholarship is awarded to American Bankers Association members. The Banking Professional Tuition Scholarship is a $2,500 award (split between four quarters) for one year. Students may be eligible for a second award. Apply here.
